Appointment Times

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Please understand that arriving late may result in your treatment time being reduced and charged at the full treatment price.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or need to cancel your appointment. Sadly, failure to do this will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Ultimate packages and treatments of over 2 hours will require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, failure to provide this will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

 

No Show’s

It is with regret that any missed, unexplained no shows will be charged at the full treatment price. Charges will be added to your client account and will need to be paid before any future appointments are made.

 

Parking

We provide free onsite parking for up to 4 cars and would kindly ask you not to block other cars in. As the salon is extremely busy it is with regret that sometimes the parking will be full. Alternative parking can be found along the various side roads, with no parking restrictions. Please understand that waiting to park may mean arriving late and may result in your treatment time being reduced and charged at the full treatment price.

 

Patch Tests

Patch testing is required for LVL Lashlifts, Eyelash Tinting, Eyebrow Tinting and Lash Extensions. Even if you have had these treatments at another salon, we are required under our insurance to patch test you here at JK Beauty. You be required to visit the salon at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to have the patch test. You do not need to make an appointment, just pop in. With regret, we will not perform any of the above treatments without a patch test being completed.

 

Consultations

All new clients will be required to fill out a consultation card. This is for insurance purposes. All data is held strictly confidential and all personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary for the reason it was collected.

 

Medical Conditions & Pregnancy

If your medical conditions change (for example any new allergies, pregnancy, cancer treatments) at any point, we request that you inform us and your therapist. We can then advise on any necessary changes to your treatments.

 

Children

We kindly request that you avoid bringing young children into the salon. Our aim at JK Beauty is for you and our other clientele to enjoy a tranquil environment where you can relax, refresh and revitalise.

 

Mobile Phones

We strive to create a calming and tranquil ambience; we politely request that mobile phones are switched to silent and not used while in the salon.

 

Teen Treatments

Our Teen Treatments are designed for Teen’s aged 12 -16 and will need a parent or guardian to remain within the salon whilst the teen treatments are performed, they will also be required to complete a parental consent form.

 

Treatment Bookings

Due to high demand and for you to avoid disappointment, we suggest booking in advance, if you have a preferred therapist or you require evening or weekend appointments. Bookings can be made within the salon, over the phone or online 24/7.

 

Treatment Courses

We offer a range of treatment courses. These work out at fantastic value. All courses must be paid in full at the start of the course. Courses are non-refundable or transferable.

 

Deposits

For treatments above 2 hours and for all our Ultimate Packages we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

 

Gift Vouchers

Our JK Beauty Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the salon or online. Vouchers can be redeemed towards treatments, products and courses and are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

 

Payments

We accept credit and debit cards along with cash payments. We do not accept American Express.

 

Beverages

A complimentary selection of teas, coffees, herbal teas, hot chocolate, still and sparkling water are always available.
